You think that it doesnt, but it does. Five minutes here...Five minutes there...etc.
Walking up the stairs instead of the elevator, parking a little further at the mall, taking quick 15 min. walks a couple times a day, walking in place while watching tv...
You get the idea. It may take a bit longer to reach your fitness goal this way, but at least you are making an attempt to a healthier lifestyle by starting a keeping a healthy routine.
